I loved the Birthday plate for The Blessed Mother's Birthday. I gave quite a few of those birthday hats as gifts. They really made a hit!

This is such a great idea! Just found your blog through Catholic Icing today. Love that you also are homeschooling 2 boys and are a catechist for The Catechesis of the Good Shepherd. My mother in law in MN has been going to classes for that and I'd LOVE to learn more about it, but I can't seem to get my hands on a good book. Classes are too far away, or not Catholic. Any suggestions for learning so I can teach my children the Catechesis of the Good Shepherd?
Thanks!!

About Me

  • I am a Catholic wife and home-educating mother of two: Nathan (8) and Zachary (6). I am also a certified catechist for The Catechesis of the Good Shepherd and a chastity speaker, my husband and I are Natural Family Planning instructors. I have a bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA, and left the corporate world after nine years to run my own small business. The name of my blog is a perfect reflection of me - a former personal chef and adoptive mother to two very special gifts from God.
