How cute! Vintage cars were uncovered until 1915, if I am not mistaken. At that time there was a mix of carriages, until the cover started being made with the car. Before the covers were cloth and had the tendency to blow off or leak, getting the passengers wet during a rainstorm. Also with the continuous jolt of the car, the brakes always seem to unlatch. All in all, cars like that are really cool, and I want to drive one someday -- if they even allow it at all.
